This beautifully illustrated map of Sioux Falls was made in 1881.
It shows a steamboat and rowing boat on the Sioux River, a steam train running along the railway, trees on plots of land, street names, and illustrations of each building in Sioux Falls at the time.
There’s also a nice illustration of the Public School, and of the Queen Bee mill building.
