Chatteris Cambridgeshire England UK Local History

Glimpse history through old images of Chatteris, in Cambridgeshire, England.

The pretty market town of Chatteris is found in the Cambridgeshire Fenland district. It’s in a region called East of England and is 27 miles north of the historic university town of Cambridge.

The population of just over 8000 people has a sense of community spirit and many volunteers organise interesting and enjoyable local events for the town.
